這兩天頻果的Steve Jobs 辭去執行長（CEO, chief executive officer）職務
但仍續任頻果董事長（chairman of the board),
CEO 將由原來的營運長（COO, chief operating officer）Tim Cook 接任.
board 此處指 董事會 ： board of directors,
director 指 "董事" , 直譯就是 指揮別人辦事者.
一群想指揮別人辦事的人 湊在一起開會 就變成董事會,
董事會裡坐大位的（chairman, chairperson） 就是 董事會主席 也就是董事長.
那 總裁（president） 跟 董事長 有何不同呢？

*董事 是 director, 那監事呢？ --> supervisor, 監事湊在一起 board of supervisors
*比較特別的是委員會 英文用committee, 委員則是"委員會的成員" -> member of a committee
是否可以用 delegate 指委員呢？ 委員會是否就變成 board of delegates?
